Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

 • You can return the products for any reason within 14 days after receiving your order with the exception of the sale products or products purchased with a discount code. The products has to be in the original condition, original packaging, unwashed and with all the accessories/labels. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned. If the product has to be returned for this reason, the costs for shipping will be for your own account.  Products purchased with a discount can be exchanged for another product or returned in exchange for a voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Place a new order.

 •  Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.

• The return costs are for the customer. Liresa Collection will not bear for the cost of return.

• As soon as the products reaches our warehouse, we will proceed a refund. This refund can take up to a maximum of 10 working days from the moment we have transferred the money to your card. The refund will not include any delivery fees you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment. You will receive a confirmation of the refund on your email.

 • The customer is fully responsible for sending the product back to the right return adress.
