 • The shipping costs will be charged at the check-out page. Each country has different shipping costs. The payment you have paid for an order is including the shipping costs.

 •  We aim to dispatch the orders within a maximum of 2 (two) working days. In any case of a high season-sale, unexpected events or an availability of products, it can take longer. In this case you will be notified by email. 

 •  As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information by DHL Express inclusive the estimation time of delivery. The courier is DHL.

• You must provide us with the full information of your adress including your phone number. The customer is responsible for any mistake on the delivery adress while placing the order. The risk and the ownership shall be transferred to the customer once the products has left our warehouse.  

• We always try to dispatch your order on time. In any case of delay of the courier by delivering your package, please contact our customer service for more help. During the holiday season it can take any longer to receive your package, this depends on the carriers.

• Returns are only possible in the return period of 14 days with the exception of the sale products or products purchased with a discount code. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Place a new order.

• We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned. If the product has to be returned for this reason, the costs for shipping will be for your own account. Sale products or products purchased with a discount code cannot be returned. Products purchased with a discount can be exchanged for another product or returned in exchange for a voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months.

• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account.

• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
