What is the return period?
You always have the option to return your order within 14 working days with the exception of the sale products or products purchased with a discount code. Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged, with the labels attached and and with all the accessories. Please keep your proof of shipping until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
• Returns are only possible in the return period of 14 days with the exception of the sale products or products purchased with a discount code. Products purchased with a discount can be exchanged for another product or returned in exchange for a voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months.
• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account
• We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels, packaging and with all the accessories. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned. If the product has to be returned for this reason, the costs for shipping will be for your own account.
• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
